These terms govern your use of Gossip. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Objectionable Content & Abuse Policy
By using Gossip, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with others.
Gossip is a city-based social platform. You agree to treat other users with respect. Hateful speech, discrimination, bullying, and harassment are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in content removal or account suspension.
You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant Gossip a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its accuracy.
You must represent yourself honestly. Creating fake profiles, impersonating real people, or misrepresenting your identity is strictly prohibited. Gossip reserves the right to remove any profile that cannot be verified as authentic.
Gossip is organized by city. You agree to participate in the city you actually reside in or have a genuine connection to. Manipulating your city selection to gain ranking advantages is a violation of these Terms.
Use the report feature responsibly. Submitting false or malicious reports is a violation of these Terms. We review all reports and take action where appropriate. Repeated misuse of the report system may result in suspension.
Gossip reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice. We may also restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
Creating accounts to impersonate other people, celebrities, or public figures is strictly prohibited. Gossip will permanently ban accounts found to be using fake identities. Please report any suspected fake profiles using the in-app report tool.
Zero tolerance for harassment of any kind. This includes targeted bullying, doxxing, threats, and sustained negative campaigns against individuals. Victims of harassment should use the report system or contact us directly.
Sharing private information about another person without their consent — including private photos, home addresses, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a legal violation in your jurisdiction.
Gossip reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account for violations of these Terms. Suspended users may appeal through the Settings page. Decisions on serious violations are final.
